I had a fantastic stay with great value for my money. The room was comfortable, always well-stocked with water, and the staff treated me like family, making me feel right at home.

The Beautiful Double or Twin Room with Balcony was cozy, perfect for getting some fresh air. I really appreciated the air conditioning and tv, made relaxing after a long day easy.
You have to sign in and out every day just to get swimming pool towels, which feels a bit cumbersome. The current pool hours from 10 am to 7 pm are too restrictive, especially when you want to enjoy a swim after sunset. There are some missing steps at the pool entrance, and the absence of hand railings poses a risk. The breakfast selection was quite disappointing. For a few days, I was stuck with just fruits and eggs, and waiting 60 seconds for every three pancakes didn't sit right with me. Lastly, some bed sheets and towels had stains, just not what you want to deal with during your stay.

this brand-new hotel offers a huge variety of clean rooms. its location is marvellous and super, just off close to eveything in patong, restaurants, and patong. also, it's 1 mile away from church of the living word.
The room is rather small.

My experience was not what I expected. The bathroom had a strange smell, and I mean who wants to deal with that? The breakfast was mediocre at best. I would have appreciated a complimentary spa treatment for my troubles, but alas, it didn't happen. I almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

The good outweighs the bad (barely)
Location is unbeatable with food markets and the beach just a short walk away. Staff were very good too assist us, especially with medical help when needed.
While facilities were decent, accessing pool towels felt cumbersome and restrictive. Some noise from nearby boxing stadium occasionally interrupted the tranquility but didn't detract too much.

The location is super close to the beach and everything in patong, cool. Liked the free coffee at reception coz it was nice to grab some during the day. The towels for the beach were handy too. My beautiful room was comfy and had a nice balcony. Enjoyed the vibes around the area, not too noisy at night.
The bathroom didn't have a shelf to put my stuff, annoying. The shower could be better with more consistent temps.

The grace was super convenient, being close to everything in patong. Enjoyed the free coffee at reception and the ability to grab towels when heading out. Loved how comfortable the beautiful double room was.
